I made and open-sourced a cookie cutter app that lets you edit a .txt to add a questionnaire. You essentially can create an app with no code in three steps:

A Quick Update

I am currently working on “Learn Code”, which is a remake of Coder. I had issues with the API so I decided to just scrap it all and remake it with Windows Azure as the foundation.

I hope I can finish it before Imagine Cup is here, which is on a March 23rd deadline.

Also this is an open source project, where I will post the link when it is complete
